That Been said, this post is just to share with you what I chose to wear during these 3 days. The first day I wanted to focus on capturing the street style vibe outside the Skylight Clarkson Sq, and this is what I wore.
Like I’ve said in the past, I like fashion but I’m not crazy about trends, I always mix and match what I already have with something new, for instance, these palazzos are 2 years new, I love the construction and material with the perfect high rise fit. Another important piece in this mix, My beloved green sweater is a classic from CH Carolina Herrera and they are always in stock, they come in different colors too.

The second day I decided to go all in black for the presentation of the Fashion Incubators CFDA at Intermix, it’s rare for me to wear an all black look, unless the design is eye catching like this top, is definitely one of my favorite pieces! About the pants, they are so in trend now, ankle cut, high rise and gently flared, the fabric is wool blend perfectly tailored to hug your curves! But the show stopper here was this clutch ! everybody thought I was carrying my poodle! a very unique design but most importantly is from an designer that creates artisanal accessories and apparel within African Communities.

And last but not least, my almost all by Zara look! OMG this was not planned, long story short, what I had taken for this day I ended up not liking it anymore (been there done that uh?) so I ran to the nearest location and 30 minutes later I was heading back to my hotel. This is why you’ll see Zara all over in the creds. I must confess, that even though I don’t like to wear one designer head to toe, I was happy with my selections, I can’t wait to wear everything individually!
