Happy fourth of July ! 🇺🇸 today is the perfect day to enjoy some pool side time, scrumptious food  and of course  refreshing cocktails too,  we want to share our Favorite Four, cocktails that are the perfect match for your summer gatherings and  the most important part is that these recipes are simple to make, enjoy!

Red, White and Blue Wine Spritzer

Ingredients:

½ glass 4 Bears Chardonnay

2 oz. club soda

2 fresh strawberries, 1 is thinly sliced to put in the drink, the other one for garnish.

Frozen blueberries, these will cool the drink and add a great flavor !

just mix all the ingredients, refrigerate until cold, serve over ice and some mint leaves and the

strawberry if desired..

 

Margarita González

A refreshing combination of fresh mandarin juice, white tequila and a touch of agave nectar.

Ingredients

Servings: 6
• 1 liter of fresh mandarin juice
• 6 shots of white Tequila
• 2  agave nectar  shots
• Ice

Blend all the ingredients until  ice  reaches  frappé point. Pour over single glasses and enjoy as many as you can handle.

The Paloma

This is the most popular tequila-based cocktail in Mexico. We can’t never get tired of Tequila!!

Ingredients:

MAKES 1 SERVINGS

  • Kosher salt
  • 1 grapefruit wedge
  • ¼ cup fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ¼ cup mezcal or tequila
  • ¼ cup club soda

Just shake all the ingredients together and Listo! pour and share!

Sangria

A classic for the Summer, is a Spanish drink, but not exclusive of them, traditionally it consist of red wine and chopped fruit, but nowadays you can mix it up with anything you want, even with white wine, orange juice, brandy, etc.

Ingredients

  • 1 Bottle  Red Wine
  • 1 Cup Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
  • ¼ Cup Fresh Lime Juice
  • ¼ Cup Sugar

Directions

  1. Combine wine, grapefruit juice, and sugar.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Pour over ice.
  4. Squeeze fresh lime juice over sangria.
  5. Add garnish as desired.

And here are our favorites three, we have most of the ingredients at home and  they are refreshing and easy to prepare ! cheers!
